Women's health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being, and Dr. Stacy Ammerman understands this better than anyone.
Dr. Stacy Ammerman, a graduate from WE by Rising Tide’s cohort 2, has achieved a major milestone this month with the launch of her new virtual menopause practice, Pacific Menopause. This private telemedicine practice caters to women across Hawaii and aims to provide personalized care and support for women in midlife.
After establishing Maui Lani Physicians and Surgeons, an OB/GYN practice on Maui over ten years ago, Dr. Ammerman was motivated to establish a safe haven where women could freely share their menopausal journey and receive expert medical advice. She recognized the insufficient resources and support available for women in Hawaii facing this stage of life, prompting her to take matters into her own hands.
Dr. Ammerman's dedication to empowering women is evident in every aspect of Pacific Menopause. From offering virtual consultations for convenience to creating a safe space for open discussions about menopause, her practice puts women's health at the forefront.
Her practice’s website, pacificmenopause.com, provides resources on menopause symptoms and treatments for women in Hawaii. The website also offers information on how to schedule appointments with Dr. Ammerman for personalized care.
As part of its mission to uplift female entrepreneurs, WE by Rising Tide is proud to have played a role in supporting Dr. Ammerman's journey towards opening her new virtual practice. We congratulate her on this achievement and are excited to see the impact she will make in the lives of women in Hawaii!
"The We by Rising Tide program came at the perfect time. I had already been an established business owner, but it gave me the motivation, tools, and support to sculpt my career into something more. It was the encouragement by the incredible women and mentors in the program that allowed me to move into this new space in my career."
The WE by Rising Tide program is an initiative sponsored by CPB and AIO Foundation in collaboration with the Patsy T. Mink Center for Business and Leadership and Rising Tide Hawaii and is designed to empower women entrepreneurs.
